Be deemed exercised purchase a product / service when paying the amount thereof, shall not be considered the same reservation without payment, by one of the means available for this purpose. Once the payment will be sent an email confirmation with receipt thereof / voucher to redeem which must be printed by the customer and delivered the same day of the visit the guide at the meeting point established for be exchanged.

Refunds will be given only in exceptional cases and when they were able to perform the service through no fault of the company, otherwise if they were customer for personal reasons it is possible date change within our schedule for each of the services rendered. (See each individual case).

This website has been checked and tested for proper operation 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
